Absa Group in Malmesbury is recruiting a Financial Adviser AIFA for Everyday Banking (FAIS). The role encompasses executing six steps of financial planning, conducting FNA across investment, life insurance and estate planning, and delivering compliant recommendations under Absa’s FAIS framework.

The adviser will build professional client relationships, source leads, present clear product recommendations, and maintain ongoing client reviews to ensure suitability and compliance with license

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years in financial planning/advice for long-term insurance and investments.
• NQF 5 FAIS credits (120 FAIS credits) required.
• RE 5 certification required.
• Fit and proper for FAIS licensed adviser.
• Ability to conduct Financial Needs Analysis and present recommendations.

Responsabilités

• Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Assess client needs using recommended needs analysis tools and present value propositions.
• Prepare recommendations and quotes for risk and investment solutions.
• Present recommendations while complying with FAIS regulations.
• Follow Absa’s client engagement process and provide regular feedback to management.
• Network with stakeholders to grow opportunities and strengthen the adviser's book.
