• Proven ability to meet sales, service, and compliance targets.

Responsibilities

• Provide compliant, professional financial advice in a high-volume service branch.
• Build and manage long-term client relationships to support retention and growth.
• Educate customers to the correct Banking platform and channel (eChannels and Self Service).
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation; achieve branch sales and service targets.
