Job summary

FNB is seeking a Branch Advisor for its Points of Presence (POP). You will deliver compliant financial advice, assist high-volume customers, and educate clients on the right channels while upholding FAIS, FICA, and TCF standards.

This role focuses on building relationships, meeting targets, and maintaining client records in a dynamic branch. This position offers opportunities to grow within a trusted banking partner and contribute to local market impact through quality service and relationship

Qualifications

FAIS and TCF compliant advisory experience required.
1–3 years of customer-facing experience in financial services.
Strong sales and compliance track record.

Responsibilities

Build and manage long-term client relationships to support retention and growth.
Provide compliant financial advice and walk-in clients in a high-volume branch.
Identify client financial needs and offer appropriate product solutions.
Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
Achieve individual and branch sales and service targets.
Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
Manage leads, referrals, and client follow-ups within agreed turnaround times.
