• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure optimal facility condition.
• Manage the groundskeeping team to maintain sports fields, landscaping, and outdoor areas to professional standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manage security operations, including access control, surveillance, and emergency response planning.
• Coordinate with event organizers to support setup, breakdown, and operational needs during events.
