Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the maintenance, repair, and operational activities for all athletic facilities.

• Oversee the scheduling of facility usage for events, training, and general public access, resolving any conflicts.
• Supervise and lead a team of facility staff, including maintenance personnel, groundskeepers, and operational support.

• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and building codes and regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in facility management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role, preferably within sports or public venues.
• Demonstrated knowledge of building maintenance, groundskeeping, HVAC, and electrical systems relevant to sports facilities.
• Proven experience in budget management and financial planning.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in facility management software and standard office applications.
• Relevant certification in Facility Management (e.g., CFM) is a plus.
