Job summary

MPRTC Recruitment in Gqeberha seeks an experienced facilities manager to oversee building operations across commercial, retail and industrial properties. You will coordinate contractors, manage SLAs and ensure compliance with OHS, SHEQ, and ISO standards, while leading planning and problem-solving initiatives.

We value a tertiary qualification in FM/related field, 3–5 years of FM experience, strong MS Office skills, valid driver's licence and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 is essential.
• Tertiary qualification in Facilities Management, Construction, Mechanical, Technical or related field.
• 3–5 years’ facilities management experience.
• Experience with commercial, retail and/or industrial property.
