Job summary

Qualifications

• Grade 12 with hands-on maintenance experience.
• Minimum 5 years in maintenance with 2–3 years in supervision.

• Basic computer literacy for tracking work orders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine checks of guest rooms, lobbies, back-of-house facilities, and exteriors.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and elevators.
• Supervise, train, and schedule maintenance staff and janitorial team.
• Source and oversee external service providers for major repairs or renovations.
• Manage departmental expenses, inventory, and assist with capital planning.
• Ensure facilities comply with local codes, fire safety, and health standards.
