Job summary

Qualifications

• Education/Experience aligned with maintenance or engineering in facilities
• HVAC-R, electrical or plumbing technical training is preferred
• Strong budgeting and cost-control capabilities
• Regulatory compliance and safety standards experience

Responsibilities

• Oversees physical plant and building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• Ensures safety, regulatory compliance and asset protection.
• Manages budgets, CAPEX projects and energy conservation initiatives.
• Develops long-term preventative maintenance plans and contracts.
• Coordinates with external vendors and supervising construction projects.
• Maintains licenses and certifications for property facilities.
