We’ll look to you for:
- Maintaining facilities maintenance plans and schedules for agreed assets.
- Coordinating planned, corrective, and shutdown maintenance activities in consultation with the Facilities Manager.
- Ensuring the accuracy of CMMS records, work orders, asset history, and maintenance backlog information.
- Preparing and issuing weekly and monthly maintenance schedules and progress updates.
- Confirming the availability of labour, tools, permits, contractors, and spare parts before planned work starts.
- Tracking maintenance KPIs and providing information for review by the Facilities Manager.
- Supporting root cause analysis and reliability improvement activities.
- Coordinating contractor access and readiness in line with site safety requirements.
- Providing input to maintenance budget forecasts, purchase requisitions, and cost tracking.

- Experience within a rail, manufacturing, automotive, logistics, or heavy industrial environment is advantageous.
