Job summary

Responsibilities

• Complete closing duties, including storing reusable goods, breaking down goods, cleaning equipment and areas.
• Set up, stock, and maintain work areas; inspect cleanliness and presentation of china, glass, and silver.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day and follow safety policies.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests with professional language and etiquette; develop positive working relationships.
• Read and verify information; stand or move for extended periods; perform duties as requested by Supervisors.
