HotelJobs is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager for Limpopo, South Africa. The role oversees all F&B operations within the establishment, ensuring service excellence, quality, and hygiene across outlets and events.

The post holder will manage daily operations, staff coordination, and drive business growth through superior customer service and efficiency. Qualifications include a National Senior Certificate and a formal hospitality qualification.

Formación

• Minimum five years in food and beverage management within the hospitality or tourism industry.
• Experience managing multiple food and beverage outlets or units.
• Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and health and safety regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and supervise all food and beverage operations including restaurants, bars, room service, banquets, and catering services.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximise revenue and profitability while maintaining quality standards.
• Recruit, train, and develop food and beverage staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and service standards.
• Monitor stock levels, control costs, and manage procurement processes to ensure efficient inventory management.
• Maintain compliance with hygiene, health and safety, and licencing regulations at all times.
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports related to the food and beverage department.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Review customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the guest experience.
• Organise and oversee special events, functions, and banquets to ensure successful execution.
• Stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities to maintain competitive advantage.
