Village n Life is seeking a Senior Account Executive to lead the Food & Beverage operations in Camps Bay. You will drive revenue, oversee daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction and maintain service standards.

Reporting to senior management, you will manage staff, budgeting, stock control, and supplier relations while delivering exceptional hospitality experiences and maintaining company standards.

Qualifikationen

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• 3–5 years’ hospitality/FOB operations experience, preferably in high-volume establishments.
• Strong commercial awareness with budgeting, cost control and profitability experience.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop teams.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.
