Coral & Canopy in Umhlanga is seeking a Guest-focused F&B Attendant to take orders and serve food and beverages in the conference room

You will ensure guest satisfaction, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and deliver friendly, efficient service while attending to guests' needs with a welcoming attitude.

Qualifications

• High level of communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Numerical efficiency.
• Friendly, approachable with some form of client experience.
• Ability to handle complaints in a courteous manner.
• Previous experience will be an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Responsabilités

• The F&B Attendant will take orders and serve food and beverages to Guests in our conference room.
