Job summary

Humankind is seeking a driven sales professional to own government-sector engagements in Gauteng. You will grow a portfolio, expand reseller networks, and lead the complete sales cycle from quotation to delivery while exceeding revenue and gross profit targets.

You will nurture trusted relationships with key resellers, compete in high-pressure settings, and travel monthly. A matric with Maths and a related qualification is required, plus own vehicle and sharp attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a similar role (External/Key/Sales Account Manager) to drive government-sector sales.
• Proven IT solutions sales experience with established government reseller networks.
• Track record of consistently hitting targets in high-stakes environments.

Responsibilities

• Own full sales cycle: quote → close → delivery for government clients.
• Grow and protect a portfolio of government-sector clients.
• Develop reseller relationships from first handshake to trusted advisor.
• Maintain a robust, realistic sales pipeline that moves.
• Onboard new resellers who aren’t trading with us yet.
