• Operations & Incident Ownership: Maintain application availability and reliability, respond to production incidents, conduct RCA, and deploy preventive fixes.
• Code Governance & Mentorship: Conduct rigorous code reviews, establish technical standards, and mentor junior and senior developers across the team.

Operating as a regional industry leader, you will architect, build, and operate scalable Java microservices and cloud-native applications ensuring high operational stability and material flow consistency.

• Enterprise Java Mastery: Minimum of 10+ years of dedicated Java software development experience (JavaEE, Spring/Hibernate), building scalable, high-performance distributed architectures.
• Microservices & Cloud-Native Platforms: Extensive experience designing RESTful APIs, orchestrating containers via Docker and Kubernetes, and managing database layers across SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Expert Technical Leadership & Operational Stewardship: Best-practice industry leader capable of handling complex integrations, leading team leaders, and owning 24/7 application reliability, incident response, and root cause analysis.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential Skills & Technologies

• Java & Frameworks: Expert proficiency in Java programming, JavaEE, and Hibernate.
• Architecture & APIs: Microservices architecture, RESTful API design, and scalable system engineering.
• Databases: Relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL stores (MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Containers & Tools: Docker containerization, Kubernetes orchestration, Git version control, and Agile methodologies.

Advantageous Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud platform, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and GitOps practices.
• Automated testing frameworks (JUnit, Selenium, TestNG) and CI/CD automation pipelines.
