You will partner with leadership teams, provide financial and operational guidance, support due diligence and board-pack robustness, and drive growth initiatives to maximise value for an eventual exit.

Qualifications

• Solid technical accounting background; practice background acceptable.
• Experience with SME exit events and getting sale-ready.
• Experience with PE deals (MBO/MBI) is relevant.
• Ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Driven, career-focused, proactive and commercially aware.

Responsibilities

• Support due diligence and review board packs for robustness.
• Challenge and optimize levers of income and profit to drive growth.
• Provide financial/commercial guidance during planning and strategy discussions.
• Partner with owners/investors/boards to support growth toward exit.
