Job summary

Confidential is seeking a proactive sales executive in Cape Town to promote and sell exhibition space and sponsorships, and to conduct telephone campaigns to lapsed exhibitors and new prospects. You will also perform face-to-face sales with current and prospective clients and source new companies from trade press and events.

You will maintain long-term relationships, develop the prospect database, and work with the Sales Manager to achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years B2B sales experience.
• Fluent in English, written and verbal.
• Tele-Sales in any environment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Actively promote and sell exhibition space and sponsorships.
• Conduct telephone sales campaigns to lapsed exhibitors and new prospects.
• Carry out face-to-face sales with current exhibitors, lapsed exhibitors and new prospects.
• Source new companies from trade press and competitive events.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers and prospects.
