Qualifications

• Master's degree in SCM or related field.
• 10+ years in supply chain; 5+ in a senior leadership role.
• Experience in FMCG food & beverage.
• Proven global sourcing, planning, warehousing, and transport.
• Proficiency with SAP or Oracle and advanced analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end supply chain strategies aligned with global/local objectives.
• Manage procurement, demand planning, inventory, warehousing, and transport.
• Optimize logistics networks for cost-efficient delivery of products.
• Lead and develop a multi-site supply chain team.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, sales, and marketing to ensure seamless integration.
• Manage supplier relationships and contracts to ensure supply continuity.
• Leverage technology and data analytics to enhance supply chain visibility.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and improve service levels.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
