iOCO is seeking a Senior Client Portfolio Manager to drive the commercial and operational success of a software engineering portfolio. You will own executive relationships, governance, and portfolio health, collaborating with Delivery Managers, Architects and Sales to deliver outcomes for multi-disciplinary teams and key clients.

Qualifications

• Essential: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, CS, Engineering or Commerce or equivalent experience.
• Beneficial: MBA/MCom/MSc or equivalent; Certifications such as Agile, Scrum, ITIL, SAFe, PMP/Prince2, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) or Account Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead client leadership and drive commercial growth across the portfolio.
• Provide executive oversight across all delivery engagements.
• Manage portfolio revenue, profitability and forecasting.
• Own SLA, KPI and contractual performance.
• Develop and mentor delivery managers and technical leads.
• Drive continuous improvement and delivery governance.
• Position iOCO as a strategic软件 engineering partner.
