Qualifications

• Over 10 years in software development with a minimum of 3 years leading software development teams.
• Experience delivering software projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong track record of project delivery for large, cross‑functional, and co‑dependent projects.
• Ability to advise on new technology and communicate with executives.
• Solid experience in backend, frontend and integration development.

Responsibilities

• Directing Solution & Software Architecting, Programming, and Documentation across multiple teams including Developers, BAs, Scrum Masters, Architects, and Tech Leads.
• Define and enforce a standard approach to application development and framework selection for engagements.
• Identify potential reuse across the organization and design components across the iOCO landscape.
• Break down complex applications during design into smaller, manageable pieces during client engagements.
• Ensure interactions among components, teams and clients; maintain release quality and governance.
