Job summary

iOCO Limited is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to own delivery of multiple Agile projects in a demanding customer environment. You will work with development teams, product owners and delivery managers to drive an effective agile framework and ensure on-time, quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in Agile, a Scrum Master certification, and a proven ability to coach teams, manage stakeholders, and remove impediments in complex, multi-team programmes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years’ experience as an Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Scrum Master Certification (PSM or CSM) preferred.
• Solid understanding of Scrum principles and practices.
• Experience in Product-Driven and Custom Development environments.
• Ability to coach multiple teams to high performance and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with development teams, product owners, and delivery managers to map process gaps and define an agile improvement roadmap.
• Communicate changes in scope, delays and issues to stakeholders.
• Run daily, weekly and monthly agile ceremonies efficiently.
• Support daily stand-ups, ensure agile processes are followed, and keep sprint goals in focus.
• Drive improvements from retrospectives and educate teams on agile tooling features.
• Provide agile process reports to the wider organization.
• Facilitate cross-team communication to resolve dependencies and impediments.
• Protect sprint commitments with Product Owner and refine backlog.
• Coach and mentor teams to raise agile maturity.
