Job summary

iOCO is seeking a capable Project Manager to lead successful project delivery for clients and internal teams in Pretoria. You will harmonise goals, manage scope, timelines and quality, and ensure business outcomes are realised.

You will coordinate diverse groups including consultants, developers and business users, while driving momentum and governance. A strong background in software or HR/payroll systems and change management is valuable.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 and a relevant tertiary qualification or practical PM experience.
• 8+ years of project management experience in software/HR/payroll/ERP contexts.
• Experience supporting software implementation, testing, UAT and handovers.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of projects to time, scope and quality, coordinating teams.
• Prepare project plans, schedules, risk logs and status reports.
• Manage stakeholder communications and action tracking across projects.
• Support requirements, testing, training, releases and handovers.
