The role requires 7+ years in executive search, a track record of placing senior leaders, and strong leadership to motivate the team. A Master's degree is highly desirable, with a hybrid work model and premium client network.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in Executive Search or high-level recruitment consultancy.
- Proven ability to place senior leadership across industries.
- Strong business development and senior client relationship management.
- Leadership experience managing and motivating a recruitment team.
- Exceptional research, assessment and strategic thinking abilities.
- Master's degree or equivalent qualification is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of executive search consultants.
- Manage complex, senior-level recruitment assignments from start to finish.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with CEOs and board members.
- Conduct market mapping and intelligence for executive roles.
- Oversee quality and integrity of the search process and placements.
