The position involves managing end-to-end executive search processes, building relationships with senior executives and clients, and providing market intelligence and strategic leadership recruitment advice.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, with a track record in executive search or retained search assignments.
• Ability to identify, engage, and assess senior-level talent.
• Excellent understanding of the South African business landscape and executive talent market.
• Strong networking capabilities and professional presence.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market mapping and candidate research for senior-level positions.
• Proactively identifying and engaging with passive candidates at executive and director levels.
• Managing the entire executive search process from client consultation to offer management.
• Building and maintaining relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers.
• Developing candidate profiles and presenting shortlisted candidates to clients.
• Providing strategic advice to clients on leadership recruitment challenges and market intelligence.
