The role requires 7+ years in executive search, a track record of placing senior leaders, and strong leadership to motivate the team. A Master's degree is highly desirable, with a hybrid work model and premium client network.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of executive search consultants, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Manage complex, senior-level recruitment assignments from inception to completion.
• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand the executive search portfolio.
• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with CEOs, Board Members, and senior executives.
