Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive executive search assignments, identifying and engaging top-tier leadership talent.
• Build and maintain a robust network of senior-level contacts across diverse industries.
• Develop detailed understanding of client organizational structures, strategic goals, and leadership needs.
• Manage the entire executive search process, from initial client consultation to final offer negotiation, ensuring confidentiality and discretion.
• Prepare and present comprehensive candidate profiles and market intelligence reports to clients.
• Actively participate in client relationship management and business development for executive-level opportunities.
