Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 7-10 years in petrochemical plant operations with progression to management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily plant operations including production, maintenance and safety.
• Develop strategic plans to optimize performance and meet targets.
• Manage budgets, resources and capex planning.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing operations team.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean or Six Sigma methods.
