This senior role requires a strong background in chemical manufacturing, PSM, budgeting, and strategic process optimization, with a track record of delivering safe, compliant, and cost-efficient plant performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering (MBA a plus).
• 10+ years in chemical plant operations with at least 5 in a management role.
• Experience in process optimization, safety management (PSM), and environmental compliance.
• Strong leadership, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Financial management and budgeting expertise.
• Ability to lead diverse teams through complex operational challenges.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the chemical plant, ensuring safe production.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to meet targets and business objectives.
• Oversee budget, control costs and optimize resource allocation.
