Job summary

Crew Life at Sea Ltd. in Cape Town is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead the shipboard housekeeping team and ensure cabins, public areas, and crew quarters meet the highest cleanliness standards.

You will oversee training, scheduling, budgets, inspections, and cross‑department coordination while maintaining safety and sanitation compliance and delivering guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in housekeeping.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and techniques.
• Able to work long hours and weekends as needed.
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus.
• Must pass a background check and obtain necessary certifications for working on a cruise ship.
