Eaton Corporation is seeking a General Manager to lead its Electrical business in South Africa, based in Johannesburg. You will provide strategic, commercial and operational leadership to achieve sales growth, profitability, and market share targets.

The role requires building a high-performing leadership team, leveraging data-driven insights, and driving transformation with a focus on customer value and sustainable growth.

Competenze

• Master's degree or MBA; 15+ years overall business and commercial experience
• Minimum 7 years in sales/leadership roles with a track record of growth and profitability
• Solid P&L, pricing, forecasting, and risk management experience in electrical/data centre sectors

• Define and execute the growth strategy for South Africa’s Electrical business.
• Own the P&L and deliver target sales, profitability, margin and market share.
• Lead strategic customer relationships, negotiations, and new business opportunities.
