Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily golf course operations including agronomy and playability.
• Manage golf retail shop inventory and merchandising.
• Plan and execute tournaments, events, and member activities.
• Lead, train, and supervise golf professionals and staff.
• Ensure exceptional service to members and guests.
• Develop budgets, P&L, and forecasts for golf operations.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote activities and increase rounds.
