The ideal candidate brings a Master’s degree and 10+ years in corporate communications, evidenced by strategic plans, media engagements, and budget oversight. A relocation-ready senior professional is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, Business or related field.
• 10+ years progressive corporate communications experience.
• Proven leadership in large organisations.
• Exceptional writing, editing and presentation skills.
• Experience with media relations and crisis management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate communications strategy (internal & external).
• Oversee media relations and serve as spokesperson when required.
• Draft and approve official statements, press releases, annual reports & publications.
• Manage brand reputation and crisis communications.
• Build relationships with media outlets, influencers, and stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor the corporate communications team.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across channels.
• Advise leadership on communication strategies and reputational risks.
• Develop and manage the communications budget.
• Oversee social media strategy from a corporate lens.
• Plan and execute corporate events and engagement activities.
