The role demands a senior leader with strong communication skills, 8+ years in corporate comms and a track record of managing teams and strategic crises.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years in corporate communications with 3+ years in management.
• Experience in developing integrated communication strategies.
• Strong media relations, crisis comms and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication plus presentation skills.
• Experience in the industrial sector or Rustenburg preference is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee comprehensive corporate communication strategies.
• Lead internal communications including newsletters and intranet.
• Manage external communications: media relations, press releases, crisis comms.
• Maintain relationships with media contacts and industry stakeholders.
