Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen management team and daily operations.
• Oversee all food preparation areas: banquets, room service, restaurants, bar.
• Develop menus, ensure quality, presentation and consistency.
• Manage purchasing, receiving and food costs; control budgets.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation compliance and proper handling of all products.
• Coach and develop staff, set performance standards and accountability.
