Qualifications

• Must have proven experience as Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a luxury hotel or fine dining setting.
• Strong knowledge of global cuisines and contemporary culinary trends.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Formal culinary qualifications from a recognized institution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative, seasonal menus for all hotel dining areas including fine dining, casual, and banqueting.
• Manage kitchen operations, inventory, food costing, supplier relations, and waste reduction.
• Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Ensure health, safety and sanitation standards are upheld across all outlets.
• Collaborate with events team to design bespoke menus for weddings, conferences and special events.
