You will oversee dining venues from fine dining to banquets and room service, shaping the gastronomic identity of the hotel and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef in high-end hotels or restaurants.
• Proven creativity in menu design and culinary technique.
• Strong knowledge of food costing, inventory management, and kitchen budgeting.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in food safety and HACCP standards.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and implement menus for all food outlets, including fine dining and banquets.
• Lead kitchen operations, food preparation, and plating to high standards.
• Oversee inventory management and procurement within budget.
• Train, mentor, and lead the kitchen brigade to a high-performing team.
