You will uphold top standards of food quality, safety and presentation in a demanding environment, oversee budgeting, inventory, and cost control, and mentor the kitchen brigade for high performance.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a hotel or reputable restaurant setting.
• Demonstrated creativity in menu design and culinary technique.
• Strong knowledge of food costing, inventory management, and kitchen budgeting.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire culinary staff.
• Proficiency in food safety and sanitation standards (e.g., HACCP).

Responsibilities
