Job summary

Karen Tupper Recruitment is seeking a capable Executive Assistant to support the General Manager in a Cape Town hotel. You will manage the GM’s diary, schedule meetings, prepare correspondence and maintain confidential records with discretion.

With at least 2 years in a senior administrative/PA role, you will display excellent organisation, communication and problem-solving skills to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12 and relevant qualifications in business or hospitality.
• 2+ years in an executive assistant/PA role to a General Manager.
• Professional demeanor with high confidentiality and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager.
• Manage diary, appointments, meetings and schedules.
• Prepare reports, presentations, minutes and management documents.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings and follow up on actions.
