Gijima Staffing Solutions - HCM seeks an experienced Senior ICT Technical Trainer to lead executive coaching programs on Microsoft Copilot and AI productivity. You will deliver tailored 1-on-1 sessions and small workshops, focusing on high‑value enterprise use cases, automation, and cross‑application workflows across Microsoft 365.

The role requires5+ years ICT training experience for senior audiences, a Microsoft Trainer certification, and willingness to travel across Gauteng.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of experience in technical ICT training delivering to executive audiences.
Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) or equivalent; Microsoft 365/Power Platform certifications preferred.
Assessor status with MICT SETA advantageous.
Valid Driver's Licence and own vehicle for onsite delivery across Gauteng.

Responsibilities

Executive & VIP enablement: tailored 1-on-1 coaching and small-group sessions.
Advanced Copilot capabilities & prompt engineering: hands‑on training and best practices.
Agent creation & customization: lead end‑to‑end agent lifecycle and governance.
Advanced Excel & business analytics: data manipulation, forecasting, and dashboards.
Microsoft 365 scenarios: training on Outlook, Teams, Word/PowerPoint workflows.
Work IQ layer: demonstrations of Memory/Inference for improved productivity.
