Placements24 in Kimberley is seeking diligent Event Setup Crew Members to support our event logistics team. You’ll arrange furniture, decor, and service equipment, and help load and unload supplies for catered events.

This hands-on, team-oriented role is ideal for reliable, energetic individuals who work well under deadlines, weekends, and public holidays, with training provided on safety procedures.

• Set up event spaces according to floor plans and client requirements, including furniture and decor.

About the Role

Our client is looking for diligent and physically capable Event Setup Crew Members to join their event logistics team in Kimberley. This role is essential for the successful preparation of all catered events, ensuring that venues are set up according to client specifications and event timelines. You will be responsible for the physical arrangement of tables, chairs, decor, and service equipment, as well as assisting with loading and unloading of supplies. This is a hands-on, team-oriented position perfect for individuals who are reliable, energetic, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, playing a crucial part in bringing events to life.
