Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in event operations management, with a significant focus on extreme sports or similar high-risk environments. Demonstrated experience in managing complex logistics, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning. Thorough understanding of health, safety, and security regulations pertaining to event management, especially for extreme sports. Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in high-pressure situations. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Strong negotiation and vendor management capabilities.
