Job summary

Mama Shelter in Cape Town invites an experienced Events Manager to shape unforgettable experiences for corporate seminars and celebrations.

You will be the go-to point of contact, handling planning, quotes, logistics, and payments while coordinating with Culinary, F&B, Housekeeping and Front Office to ensure flawless delivery.

By nurturing agencies and company relationships, you will grow visibility and revenue, keeping guest satisfaction at the heart of every event.

Qualifications

• Passion for sales with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and diplomacy to coordinate multiple services.
• Proactive problem-solver with strong customer relations.
• Hands-on, action-oriented, and able to lead by example.
• Strong network of local contacts is a plus.
