Job summary

Mama Shelter Cape Town is seeking a detail-oriented Finance & Cost Control professional to open our new location. You will safeguard margins, monitor costs, and ensure stock accuracy while aligning with kitchen operations and the F&B team.

You’ll own reports, chase receivables, and turn data into clear insights that drive smart decisions and keep Mama’s numbers shining.

Qualifications

• You know the basics of accounting inside out and can navigate reports, client accounts, and inventories with your eyes closed.
• Hotel and restaurant cost control is your playground. And if you’ve worked with OPERA or MICROS, that’s a total win!
• Excel is your superpower. You create spreadsheets that are both impressive and functional (promise).
