Job summary

Mama Shelter is opening its Cape Town location and seeks a Commis Chef to join the kitchen team. You will help prepare, cook and plate dishes while embracing Mama's values every day.

You will assist with mise en place, stock rotation and the daily running of your section, ensuring quality and cleanliness. A positive, energetic attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
