The ideal candidate has proven event catering experience, flexibility with culinary styles, and strong food-safety knowledge to maintain high standards during off-site service. Travel to event locations is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Event Chef or in a similar high-volume catering role.
• Expertise in various culinary styles and ability to adapt to different event themes and dietary needs.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for off-site catering.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of food preparation, cooking, and presentation for off-site catering events.
