VirtuHire is seeking a confident Patient Booking Specialist for a UK client to help prospective patients take the next step in their treatment journey.

You will contact new enquiries within minutes of submission, using a predictive dialler to book free consultations with a Treatment Coordinator. This fast-paced role requires an empathetic, professional telephone manner and the ability to handle high call volumes with a personal touch.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in appointment setting or patient bookings.
• Ability to handle 80+ calls per day with a dialer.
• Clear, neutral English accent for UK audience; strong written English.
• Experience with HubSpot and Aircall.
• Healthcare, dental, aesthetics, or patient care background is advantageous.
• Availability for UK evening hours and Saturdays with a home office setup.

Responsibilities

• Contact new patient enquiries within minutes of submission, maintaining fast response times and a high contact rate.
• Engage prospective patients with a warm, empathetic and professional approach, guiding them towards booking a free consultation.
• Manage approximately 80 calls per day using a predictive dialler, following up on enquiries and maintaining a consistent flow of booked consultations.
• Accurately record calls, follow-ups and patient interactions in the CRM, working towards booking and conversion targets.
