Job summary

ICG Medical is seeking a driven Booking Consultant to join our team in Cape Town. You’ll build strong client relationships, understand staffing needs and secure bookings for healthcare professionals across shifts.

You’ll engage with international clients, maintain KPI tracking and collaborate with Recruitment, Compliance and Finance teams to ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, recruitment, customer service or a similar role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A target-driven and results-focused approach.
• Confidence speaking with international clients.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to work rotational shifts.
• Proactive, resilient and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Understand client staffing needs and provide tailored solutions
• Make daily calls to clients and candidates to secure bookings
• Identify new opportunities and support the growth of your region
• Work closely with Recruitment, Compliance and Finance teams
• Track booked hours, calls and KPIs to achieve daily and monthly targets
• Continuously look for ways to improve processes and customer experience
