Hire Resolve is urgently seeking a Construction Estimator in Pretoria to accurately estimate project costs and prepare competitive bids. The successful candidate will review plans, quantify labor, materials and equipment, and collaborate with project teams to ensure precise proposals.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering, at least 3 years' site construction estimation experience, and proficiency in Bluebeam, Procore or RSMeans.

Description:
Hire Resolve's client is urgently seeking the expertise of a Construction Estimator in Pretoria. We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Construction Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately estimating the cost of construction projects and providing timely and competitive bids to clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to determine the scope of work and materials required.
2. Prepare accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment.

8. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
9. Professional certification (e.g. Certified Professional Estimator) is a plus.
