Job summary

Sea Harvest is seeking an ESG Data Analyst to build and maintain the data infrastructure for external disclosure and internal sustainability decisions. You will work with Finance and operations to ensure reliable ESG performance reporting and assurance-ready data.

The role emphasizes data integration, inventory compilation, and dashboarding, supporting IFRS disclosures and external reporting with rigorous data controls.

Qualifications

• A degree in environmental science, data/information science, statistics, finance/accounting, sustainability or related field.
• Around 3–6 years’ experience in a data, sustainability, reporting or analytical role.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; exposure to ESG/carbon software or BI/dashboard tools (Power BI) is an advantage.
• Advantageous: training in GHG accounting / the GHG Protocol.

Responsibilities

• Data platform and integrity: manage and maintain the Group’s integrated ESG data platform and ensure data quality and audit trails.
• Inventory and metrics compilation: gather environmental data for GHG inventory and climate metrics across entities.
• Reporting and disclosure support: produce ESG dashboards for Exco and support IFRS S1/S2/SB disclosures with verified data.
• Engagement: liaise with vessel, factory and site data providers to secure complete source data.
