Job summary

Boxer Superstores is hiring a Sustainability Officer to support the ESG strategy through data management, performance monitoring and reporting. You will assist the ESMS rollout and coordinate environmental, resource-efficiency and ESD projects across the business.

The role requires 2–5 years in sustainability, ESG, environmental management or reporting, with strong Excel and data analysis skills and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Experience collecting, validating, analysing and reporting non-financial or operational data
• Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional projects and maintaining audit-ready supporting evidence
• Working knowledge of energy, greenhouse-gas emissions, water, waste and resource-efficiency metrics

Responsibilities

• Support execution of ESG strategy through ESG data management, performance monitoring and reporting
• Assist rollout of ESMS and monitor environmental and social initiatives
• Coordinate environmental, resource-efficiency and ESD projects with cross-functional teams
• Prepare concise dashboards and management reports for committees
